Fitness fanatics can march their way toward a winning workout routine with Monday Mixers at Scottsdale Fashion Square on Monday, April 29. This month’s session will feature an invigorating cardio-style Pilates class led by pros from The Workshop Pilates. All levels, beginner to advanced, are welcome to mix and mingle while learning some new get-fit moves.

The April nonprofit beneficiary, Aspiring Youth Academy – a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing young entrepreneurs by delivering entrepreneur and leadership skills to Arizona High School Aged Youth through year-round camps, regardless of any student’s ability to pay – will receive 100% proceeds from the event.

The Monday Mixers series welcomes participants for an invigorating scenic sunset workout, followed by the chance to enjoy a post-workout reward visiting their favorite Scottsdale Fashion Square retailers and restaurants. Each session transforms the rooftop of the Purple Garage (located behind Toca Madera, across from Dillard’s) into an outdoor fitness studio with spectacular views of Camelback Mountain and magnificent sunsets for a unique workout experience that fosters connections between mind, body and soul.

The Workshop Pilates will lead the April session with a workout that blends movement, mindset and mindfulness to build confidence. DJ Thomas Gray will add lively entertainment. Participants at all levels, beginner to advanced, are welcome.

All proceeds from the April Mixers event will go to Aspiring Youth Academy.

Participants are encouraged to dress in athletic wear and bring their own workout/yoga mats and water.

Registered participants should check in at the rooftop of the Purple Garage (located behind Toca Madera and across from Dillard’s) at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
